No option to Change Port or Check In? - RESOLVED

So I was watching Lifesimmer's videos on Youtube, and I see that I should have options to Change Port and to Check In to resorts, but I am missing those in the menu altogether.

From looking at the EA forums it appears this is related to the Digital Download from Origin.

I think someone said the Ports are of the wrong type in the Digital Download.

I have the digital download and I have both of those options and have used them.

This is a fresh install of the Sims3 on a brand new PC I just finished building for Rome Total War.

I've seen a few posts about this, but I am glad to see that hopefully the problem is on my end.

I spaced, and I had installed my mods already. D'oh!

It was a mod conflict with two mods
- Extended Club Hours Super Mod
-Townies Out on the Town Mod

With either of theses mods installed, Ports and Resorts do not appear as the proper Lot Type.
