This house was built in the future and is equipped with all the future conveniences.  The architect felt that many buildings in the future were missing the warmth of real wood.  So this build is a combination of wood and stone.  (A few exterior screenshots provided and one interior.  The house is decorated throughout.  There's room on the roof for a greenhouse as well as room in the garage for a bot machine or something similar.  Also, the food synthesizer has been upgarded to meal quality 2.)

Thank you for this house, it is GORGEOUS!!  My sims in Aurora Skies are ready to have a baby and they needed a larger home.  I love the contrast of the modern design and the warmth of the wood.  Your decor and landscaping are beautifully done and very tasteful. 

I enclosed part of the roof terrace to make a large skills room using the same design elements as the rest of the home.  With the addition of seasons and weather I find it better to have indoor options for most activities.  When I play the next time I'll take a screenshot.
