In Game Options I can not check the box to allow Sims to Age, can not select Sims or Animals and can not use sliders to adjust the days for each Sim Category. I do not know if this was caused by the patch update or a factory reset I did. I looked in my configuration file in the Game Data Folder and it displays older settings I had when I was using a mod for the aging functionality. I removed the mod before the patch and have not put the mod back in as I am waiting for an update by the creator. Does it make sense for me to manually edit the configuration file to reflect the days displayed in Options? Thanks for any information you can provide.
