Adding the Beautiful Vista Moodlet to Lots

Do you know if this can be done with testingcheatsenabled true and buyDebug on or do you have to do this in create a world?

You only can do that with Create a World. There are plenty of movies on youtube which will describe this in more depth and make it more clear for you than I can do just with words.

Thanks! I didn't end up trying it, I went with another idea but I was looking for a legacy lot in Twinbrook and I figured the cost difference of the 60x60 lots was the beautiful vista moodlet. Oh well.

Yes, that is true. But with CAW you can even give smaller lots a Beautifull Vista moodlot.
Saying that, those are already ingame, but you may find out that the smaller lots give a smaller moodlet compared to the 60x60 lots, who gives your sim, I thought, +40.

You can choose the + amount when making a lot have a beautiful vista in CAW.
