Life Fruit on Birthday?

Question,
My sim has just gotten the notification that it is her birthday today, and she is about to age up to elder. If she eats a life fruit will her age still go back a day? I would like to squeeze in one more pregnancy as she just rolled a wish for another child. I haven't been playing this family for long so not enough LTHP for the age-related rewards.

Once your sim has received the notification that it's their birthday, the game will have their birthday before that day is over.  Female Sims on their last day of adulthood are unable to get pregnant.

I don't know the answer to your question but you could possibly try the elixir consignment store for the Fountain of Youth Elixir!

Turns out it did work, even after the birthday notification popped up. She ate 7 or 8 life fruit in total but only moved back 3 days... still! Enough time to get one more baby!
