Sim stuck reset sim not working

so the other day my 2 sims got stuck cuddling on the bed. I tried the cheat resetsim on the male it worked fine but on the female she is still there. The also bad thing is that I had to save the game with the stucked sim so I just cant reload it when it was stuck. The sim is taking command like if I try to make her go to bathe the sim will be on the bed but the there is water in the bath and the period thing of what is done is moving and also she is pixelated like when the sim is bathing. I Dont know what to do :/

Did you try resetsim * ? It reset the whole town. If that don't work, you move her to the clipboard and right back in.

yes I have and still nothing it is still stuck :/ if I move her to the clipboard will everything came back to normal or start all over ? I have never used it

She will only loose her current wishes. Nothing else.

You can make her teleport. Go to cheat menus, type in testingcheatsenabled true. Then shift-click on the ground and select teleport. That might fix it.
