I have to say I've enjoyed having Nraas's Register, Traffic and Consigner Mods.

Register -- Allows remove Paparazzi and Stray Animal Control
Traffic -- Can get rid of Food and Ice Cream trucks
Consigner -- Helps with Consignment Store (Allow Sell All = True)

I'd like to add another one. If you like to build a lot in the game. A mod that's important to have is Velocitygrass's Add Any Lot Size mod. (AddLotSize 60 60 -- Is how to use mod)

MrsFlynn, Thanks for mention the AddAny Lot Size mode. It will be nice being able to place the right size lot for a house or community building.
Another of Twallan's mods I like is Hybrid. It allows your sim to have multiple occult states. Like the sim I'm currently playing is a combination Genie, Witch, Fairy and Vampire. :)

One I find a must with University is Fentonparkninja's "No Romantic Interest with kiss". So, your sim can kiss all they want at University without getting romanitcally involved. You can find it ModTheSims.

One mod I really like (Other than NRaas's mods) is the hidden skills Unhidden mod, its very helpful for supernatural skills and some showtime and latenight hidden skills, it makes them appear in the skills panel, obviously.

If you use NRaas MC, you don't need another mod for that. MC has all traits (hidden or not) and all skills including the social group skills.

I only use error trap and overwatch for my big save games :) , but I would like to use master controller, I am still unsure because I know I will abuse it :P .

When I make a YA in CAS, I give them the skills they should have learned as children (peg box, etc), so that when they play chess, they immediately gain up to level 4, as if they had used the peg box as a child. i think it's only fair, since you can't give YA skills in CAS.

I also give my Asians made in CAS, the hidden trait for China, so they can eat with chopsticks, etc.
