Generation Deleted :(

I let my little brother play on my sims 3 (bad idea) game but not on my file and I dont know what he did but I got on today and it was gone. There was no 'save files' in my sim3 file so is there anyway that i can get my generation back.

Was this a Legacy challenge? What generation were you on?

I tried Carl's walkthrough, but when I got back into the game I realized what he did. He made a new family in Twinbrook where my old family was and my save name was Twinbrook, so I guess when he went to save, it saved over mine and I guess it's gone   And no I was not doing a generation challange. I was just doing it for the fun of it.

Wow that is bad luck.  , If only we could password protect some games!

@NickRod:  You may still be able to recover the previous save that has your family.  Go through the steps on this thread again and see if you can find a Twinbrook.backup save file.
