Summer Fun Beach Houses

With the upcoming Island Paradise expansion, I thought I'd get into the Spirit of Summer by creating a row of Beach Houses for your Simming enjoyment.

Something to note about this build is that I've created it so that only one of the houses (the blue one) is habitable by your chosen Sim family. The other 3 will act the same way an apartment building does. The backyard is communal for all the Sims on your lot, whether they be yours or NPCs.

Features include:

Swimming Pool
Table Tennis
Bon Fire
Outdoor BBQ and Picnic area

Inside the house:
2 Bedroom (to sleep 4 Sims)
2 bathroom
Basic furnishings

And best of all... VERY LIMITED STORE ITEMS for a change I deliberately kept this lot fairly basic with very few store items to make it (hopefully) more accessible for people who don't have a lot of store stuff.

Another great build!  I'm currently playing in AS but these houses would fit in there as well.  Palm trees wouldn't work but hey, an owner can put anything they want on their lot, right?  Love them.
