When I do get into sims3 site, I might be able to get to my purchase history. It asks you to put your password in again and when I do, it just sits there. And if I do happen to get into my purchase history, I click an item to download and it does nothing. I can buy from the store though. Anyway, I have University installed and did not uninstall it. I thought maybe I would uninstall Sunlit Tides and redownload it, but that isn't going to happen. If I remember, I have a few other missing items, that came with a world, world is there, no items and when I do purchase a world, I usually get the gold edition. I can't even get the extra items from University, but that is another thread and I don't want to get off topic about the purchase history part.
As things progress it seems like it's buggier and buggier. I did go and check to see if my missing items were there. Nope. And, like you, other items from other worlds were also missing and from other sets as well. For instance, I have that Japanese set with the kimonos and hair dos and all. Hair is there kimonos not. The Sleep Loud set with all the rock and roll road trip kind of stuff, (and thank you for the gift of the posters!), is a set I have. Only I didn't know I had it because items, like those posters you gave me, were missing. The posters downloaded and installed just fine but other things, like the other set of posters, is still missing. It's annoying because when you pay real cash for something you expect it to be there.
I re-downloaded ST once again. Then I downloaded just the premium package with the massage table, shower, and building. Nope. Says it installed but I can't find any of them anywhere. Not sure where I'd find the massage table so I looked in every tab, every item. Zippo! Looked in my library of houses AND businesses for the building, thinking I'd get the table that way. Nope. World is there but nothing else, and I really, really don't want to do another complete uninstall.
Did I mention Crinricht has been getting notes about this same issue and hasn't been able to figure out a fix for it?
