Sims 3 save game crash

I install Sims 3, and i save game after i want to enter the game it says failed to load SunsetValley.sims3, i delete that game and try new game and again,again...
I read some tutorials for deleting orginal sim3 save and rename backup, but in Saves i just have Sunset Valley.sims i don't have Sunset Valley.sims.backup. Please help me
