I have a quick question.
I like to keep my towns populated with families of my choice, and I'm getting sick of houses populated by generic looking random Sims who move into the town whenever an elder dies and leaves a vacant lot.
I think this is because the Festival Lots require staff so often it is a single sim moving into a house. Is there a way to stop this, so empty houses are left empty for me to move my own sims into? And is there a way the mod can just assign one of the sims from my town to do this job? Recently Emmy Starr was my Consignment Specialist, just wondering if I can also have this for the festival attendants as I think that is the problem.
