Urns and graveyards
« on: March 28, 2013, 02:43:46 PM »
Hi guys! I did a practice ID challenge and came across a small prob.

When one of my non immortals died I wanted to put them in a cemetery I'd made at the pond across the street. (I forget the name, but I'm in SV). But when I took the urn out of my sims inventory and placed it there, it didn't show up. My urn was gone from inventory. The grave stone never showed up and the urn remained missing from inventory.

Is there a correct way to place graves off the home lot? or was there just a glitch here?

TIA guys!

That's the inventory bug that makes things go invisible.  It can happen with anything in the inventory.  My suggestion would be to just leave it on the ground until you plan on moving it somewhere and then drag to inventory and immediately place on the other lot.    The less time spent in the inventory the better.
