Greener Gardens Lifetime Wish
« on: September 24, 2012, 08:00:44 PM »
Carl has posted my first Supernatural article on the Guide, the Greener Gardens LTW.  I chose Indigo Dreamweaver to become a fairy for the LTW.  She did a splendid job!

Nice job Pam!  :) Does this mean you'll be starting a Life State Dynasty?  :) One question though.

You said that all Fairys start with the Green Thumb trait right? Then you listed Indigo's other five traits.

Does this mean that Fairys get the Green Thumb trait in addition to the normal five traits? That they have six traits?!  :o Just wondering as I don't have Supernatural ... yet!

Hi Rainbow.

Yes, that means fairies do indeed have five traits if you don't give them the green thumb duplicate trait.  And, yes, I will be doing a Life States Dynasty, but I want to get a little further along on my Townie DecaDynasty.

I enjoyed your article a lot Pam. Did the zombies do the smutsle on your lawn? ;P I can't wait for you to begin a Life State dynasty.

I really enjoyed your article, Pam! I haven't tried to play a fairy yet. Very interesting.

Can I make a suggestion? I have yet to see a Genie be the founder of a Life States Dynasty, it's always Fairies or Witches. I like Fairies and Witches but Genies are also cool. I have been playing a CAS one and it's awesome.
I play The Sims 4 for fun, so I don't care if I never end up being interviewed for the Dynasty Hall of Fame; people who play for keeps burn out too easily and don't enjoy playing the games, so I am going to not sweat the details.

This article has decided me to get back to play The Sims 3 again and buy Supernatural.
Thanks Pam, I really enjoyed reading it. :)

@EtnaFan666: The idea of a genie founder seems interesting to me.
Especially as over generations your sims can evolve into having another skin colour, when mixed up with either white or black sims.

Awesome article Pam! I loved the pic of all your zombies! I hate the noise that goes along with it too, so annoying!

Well done, Pam!  It was great seeing Indigo again and the cats are absolutely adorable.

I really hate the zombies.  If I'm not smart enough to remember to fence in my garden they just have a field day munching my veggies.  Did you know in Monte Vista you can't lock gates?  At least I haven't been able to, yet if you have a lockable gate, you keep the zombies out so I normally fence off my entire property and an extra fence and gate just for the garden.  I never thought of the ResetSim cheat to get rid of them.

Did you know pea shooters don't always work?  Sometimes they simply refuse to shoot at a zombie, usually if you've used a particular pea shooter once already.  Sometimes the zombie's name doesn't show up in the list of people the pea shooter can shoot at.  This frequently causes the demise of that pea shooter!  Annoying that they can be destroyed when they cost so much.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

Zombies are incredibly annoying. I was playing through the beginning of a dynasty today, and on top of all the sunburns and frostbites my Sim was getting from sleeping outside, there were also zombies that kept waking her up  >:(

Sorry, I know this is off topic, but why were you sleeping outside?  You know you can always sleep in the fire station when you first start a dynasty?
