Simming in the City

Lot size: 40x40
Bed spaces: 2
Price furnished: §75985
Price unfurnished: §14450
Content: All Eps up to and including Seasons - SP HELS.
Description: This luxury apartment building has all the amenities that a single in the City would require. There is a laundry room, a music room, a library, a screening room and a gym. The front entrance is beautifully landscaped, there are solar panels on the roof. The backyard boasts a swimming pool and stocked fresh water pond.

I was unable to choose the best 10 pictures therefore please visit the gallery for interior and backyard shots. This is my first attempt at building an apartment and it went grossly over budget for the starter apartment with skill options lol.

Hi KJ.

You forgot to upload the actual file for your house.  It's gorgeous, by the way.  :)

Wonderful KJ!  It looks like an apartment building I'd find in my rl town from the outside but oh, so much more on the inside.  I love your color scheme and the recoloring of some pretty tricky patterns.  A skill I lack so I always appreciate it more when I see it.  Thanks so much for sharing this.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!
