Change baby name

Is it possible to change a baby's name? I was in edit mode and my sim gave birth and its name is doesn't suit rest of family.

There should be an option at City Hall for parents to change their kids' names, even if their kids don't live with them.

It's a pretty plain interaction called "Change Name," and if the sim in question is a parent, they'll get a list of sims they have the authority to change the name of (pretty much their children and no one else).
