Cheats

Hi I've been playing Sims for a LONG time and I always play without cheats so I thought this time I wanted to make it a bit more "interesting" how ever when I tried some of the cheats on the "cheats page I can only get Kaching and Motherlode to work... any suggestions in what the problem might be?

Are you first using TestingCheatsEnabled True  ?

I did put that in but nothing happened so I'm not sure if it worked? I've managed to get the mailbox one to work but can't get the child npc or the family funds to work which were the ones I was mainly interested in.

Works for me.  Be sure you're spelling everything correctly.

Some of the cheats are case sensitive and space sensitive.

When using familyfunds cheat are you using the family's last name. Like if you was playing the Wolff household and wanted them to have $100,000 you would open the cheat console and put in familyfunds wolff 100000

For some of the cheats you have to first type in "testingcheatsenabled true", exactly like that.  Then when that is done bring up the cheats bar again and type in the cheat you want to try, like family funds.  If things don't seem to work the first time, try different spacing and/or capitalize the first letters.
