Lots of new Art Supplies/Actions

I just went thru a lot of the new items and found a whole bunch of Art stuff - anyone know what they all do or how to use them? Can you use them if you are in a regular neighborhood or only on/in Uni area?

Love the new "messy" look - clothes (shirt with paint stains) and furnishings (desk and easil) Plus decor like paint brushes and paint cans - along with shelving for more stuff!

Sketch pad says Portable art (or something similar) so I "assume" that you can now paint anywhere you want = park, fishing pond etc?

Can't wait to try them all out - but wondered if anyone knew anything about the new actions or info yet? Thanks!

The sketch pad can be used by anyone anywhere but the sketches are all small.   

There is a new easel so that you can paint at home but beyond that I don't think there is any new interactions.   I would need to know what items you're talking about.  The game rarely adds items that can't be used in all places.  Take for instance all the items we get from WA worlds - we can use them at home or on vacation.

Something interesting happened to me with the sketch pad. My Sim asked another Sim if she could sketch her nude... except my Sim was the who got naked... Hopefully it's not a glitch and just something the developers put in to be funny.

One of my Sims did that as well.  I thought it was her insane trait.   The funny part was afterwards the guy who I thought she would sketch felt "awkward".

My sim didn't have the insane trait. So, it maybe artists just get a sense of humor occasionally.

Wow, that's interesting.  My sim asked to sketch someone nude, and it was the model who got naked, so "ask to sketch nude" happens normally at least some of the time. :D  The model had the "Daredevil" trait, though.
