There is plenty of room in the basement to add a washer and dryer.

NOTE: The "After" attachment is decorated for Christmas per the challenge and is my entry.  The "Before" is without the Christmas decorations.  And the "Unfurnished" only includes light fixtures for those who like to do their own decorating and does not include the garden; it's simply the house.  The cost of the "Unfurnished" version is 30,107.
