Changing my look and shape

Hello everyone,

Instead of looking so skinny and having a small chest, is there any way at all that I can change my appearance and body like when I first created my sim.  I know the hair and makeup can be changed.  I do see other female sims walking around with normal body shapes with more curves and weight and also bigger chests.  Is there anyway  to go back to when I first created my sim and change things a little?

As long as you're patched up, type in testingcheatsenabled true into the cheats panel and then shift+click on your sim. The option to "Edit in CAS" will appear, which gives you full reign over pretty much everything.

Or if you have the Pets EP, you can pay a few thousand simoleons to have plastic surgery done. It's not a cheat either.

Both of these options have the potential to reset or otherwise mess with your sim's age, so keep that in mind.
