CAS Hair Help Please

I have Supernatural and Pets and Hidden Springs.

So, every time I go into CAS, whether through the mirror or the beginning of the game, I cannot get the hair tab to come up at all. The button is highlighted but nothing comes up. I tried deleting my cache and running the game without custom content but so far, nothing. I am not having any issues with any other part of CAS, just this one. Any help at all would be appreciated and thank you for taking the time to read this.

Edit: Now sometimes the CAS crashes or freezes. So, yeah.

This happened to me, just once, not that long ago, but I'm not sure if I really resolved it.  I think what resolved it was installing the game update or store content update that was waiting for me.  I hadn't wanted to because I didn't want go to the trouble of making sure nothing happened to my active families, but when I encountered a problem that all the things you tried didn't seem to fix, I went ahead and updated and haven't had that problem since.

The same thing is happening in my game. I am up to date on patches and updates, so I am not sure why it is happening. I always save my game before entering CAS to be on the safe side.
