This legacy story will take 1928 real days to complete! That's over 5 years! What I'm doing is extending the lifespan bars to the maximum for each stage to include pets, seasons, and lunar phase. This maxes out a sims life to 1928 sim days, and I'm going to play one sim day for every real day from midnight to midnight (sim time).
The mother and father were created by random choice as well as their personality traits. The older sister was created using genetics. Dillon is an infant at Sim Day 1, so most of the beginning parts of the story will be about his parents and sister. Dillon will act as "narrator", however.
So far it has been a lot of fun, since I'm not sure where the story will go and I've got 5 years to tell it. This leaves the story open for the remainder of the expansions yet to be released. I'm also using Twaillan's mods such as Story Progression, Careers, Overwatch, and Traveler.
The story began on 1/1/13, so I am now 21 days into the story. There are still 40+ days remaining until baby Dillon ages up to a toddler. I'll get some pictures posted soon, so you can get a preview of the story. For now, you can visit the story blog in the link below.
