This could be the work of CC or mods.
Try running your game with CC off.
Just for a quick overview of how to double check:
- Remove the Mods Folder (if you have one)
- Go to the Game Launcher and look for the "Installed Content" tab on the left
- Check the box that says "Run without Custom Content"
That should do it, if you are still experiencing problems you may need to look into a factory reset (you won't lose anything but an hour as you can transfer saves good as new).
If you noticed it went away then you'll need to sort out what the problem was to begin with and eliminate the issue so you can go back to playing with whatever you normally would (store content, mods, cc, etc).
