TK, I have been looking for a world that is CC free and has all the expansions. After watching the video it seems like an awesome world.

It gives the same feel as when i play Union Cove.... That the world is well thought, and put together in a sense that it feels "real"

Cant say the same for Maxis' world. Don't get me wrong, they are okay :p

I have tried this new Sunset Valley, it is very laggy for my PC. It has buildings from every expansion and the creator is very clever at expanding the world to include diving spots, island resort, small downtown beyond Wolff's house, and WA lots. The problem is I can't play it comfortably because of the lag and the lots don't have address. Still, it's a recommended map of revamped Sunset Valley.
