Cannot install CC, help!

I re-installed all of my sims 3 games again, and now it will not install my cc bought from the store! It says installed and you go into the game and its gone again. And every time I go back into the downloads section it doesn't say its installed again! And then I go through the process again just to find out its gone. It is becoming a pain in the butt! Can anyone help me ?

About the only thing you can do is do another complete reinstall.  It's happened to me more than once and that's the only thing that fixed it, even with help from EA Support.

So just reinstall all the games again? And hopefully it will go away... Oh I really hope it works!

Okay, so after many many many, failed attempts are reinstalling the sims 3 and all of the exspansion packs, I have given up! Is there any other ideas on what my games problem is? Help please!

You should try installing those items with the Download Dashboard in-game, and not the launcher. Open the game, and at the main menu, click the "...", and then click Open Downloads Dashboard. Let me know if it works.

Wow, I never thought of that. I will tell you if that works for me!

EDIT: No it did not work :/ It did the same thing it does when you try installing it using the sims 3 launcher.
