Question about resurrected Sims

For the first time I have resurrected a ghost using ambrosia. Now the sim is still walking around using the ghost animation. Is this normal? Can it be fixed?

Have you tried resetting the Sim?  Also, try exiting the game and restarting it.

I tried resetting, and nothing changed. I'm going to restart the game now. I just wanted to know if this was normal or not - since I've never tried it before.
