This may be a silly question, but I couldn't find an answer in the manual or in the WA threads.



Does anyone know what the "empty lot with flag" icon means?

There's only one actual empty lot in china that has the flag-less icon.

The "empty w/ flag" icon is on all the other empty lots, as well as some lots with construction, as shown above.

Just curious if anyone knew.

I believe those are purchasable vacation homes/lots that you can buy when you get to level 3 Visa for that particular vacation spot.
