Lot is 20 x 20, by default not flat as it was dumped into the ocean (so be sure to check how the terrain looks when you dump it into your towns ocean)
The lot was built in Moonlight Falls, so it should work in most neighbourhoods, except possibly in sunset valley, as some people have issues with ocean routing in SV.
Price is 84,730, fully furnished. two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two 1/2 bathrooms. One empty room on the third floor that can be furnished to be a bedroom, or a hobby room etc.
Store content: A few windows & glass roof from the greenhouse set. however you can easily continue the lattice roofing from the mooring post if you don't have the greenhouse set, and replace the greenhouse windows with the full length windows from the base game.
