Game crashes after birthday

In my game, the game freezes and crashes every time the family dog ages from puppy to adult. I don't know whether this would be the same for humans because I haven't been able to get past this birthday. I have no exchange content, some free store content, a few house from this forum and Union Cove. Expansion wise, I have World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Supernatural, Seasons, University and Town Life Stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please note: This is an official dynasty file so I would have to ask permission for any cheats, mods, etc.

Chances are the dog is bugged. I think you can put him up for adoption and then re-adopt him. You may want to immediately re-adopt him or wait a few days and see if he ages up on his own. Get permission to do this, and if it turns out you can't re-adopt him, go back to your other save and try something else.
