Making head's width thinner?

So on a male sim I'm trying to make of a certain tv character and I need to make the width of the head thinner than it will allow me in create-a-sim. I think I've heard of a way to make the head thinner, but I can't figure it out. I was hoping for some help tips and suggestions on how to accomplish this. Any help is much appreciated.  :)

Have you checked out the guide article on Create A Sim? Especially the section on looks.

Yes I have and it just explained whats there but nothing special on how to do things i guess in a cheat way. I think I've got it, but I don't think I'm alone in saying that when you try to make a certain sim, having a few things off kinda makes a difference, lol. oh well close enough.
