Create A Style Issue

Hey guys, I'm having a little problem with my Create a Style in Create a Sim.
Basically, on create a style when I have more than 1 option for what to change on an outfit the first one never works. It just stays loading, any other option works, I can change everything except the first box (which is normally the largest part of an outfit).
I have no idea why it is this specifically that doesn't work, and it has only started recently.

Have you installed anything new recently like cc or any mods? Because I know they sometime mess things up.

You haven't mentioned if you've tried clearing the cache files?

This actually seems like a similar problem to something I've experienced before. My experience was that it would not save like the Everyday outfit, but the rest of the outfits were fine.

When that happened to me, I did a factory reset and cleared the cache files. Then all was good.
