How do you make a portrait?

In what manner are you speaking?  Do you mean a portrait of a Sim while in game?

Have a Sim who is at least level 7 Painting go up to an easel.  Click on it and there will be the option to "Paint Portrait of..." then you can choose the victim subject and voila!

;D victim! Oh that made me laugh so hard. Ok thanksI wannted to make portraits and I was like "Paint me a portrait now! I am your master!"
