Question about the champion racehorse/jumping star challenge

If both parents have the Jumping star and/or champion racehorse complete, would the foal being born from both of them be worth more from if just one parent has them?  And does this stack from each generation?  Like if both parents get the champion racehorse challenge, the foal grows up to a adult and gets the champion racehorse challenge, you mate it with another horse with the champion racehorse challenge, would the 3rd generation foal/horse be worth even more then the second generation?
