No Robot fish in Twinbrook?

Robot fish are usually found in the pond behind the Science Facility. But in Twinbrook, such pond doesn't exist. Where then can I get Robot Fish in Twinbrook? Or maybe China, Egypt or France?

Try off the shore in the 'lake' waters directly in front of the Science Facility.   ;)
