How do I throw a bachelor party?

I am engaged and want to throw an engagement party. How do I do this?

Use your cell phone to throw a party. You'll have the option on the screen that pops up, as to whether you want a bachelor party, or house party. Chose your guests and time and you're all set.

I note that this is posted on the Late Night board - the option to throw a designated "Bachelor Party" comes from the Generations EP. Without Generations, the option to have a Bachelor(ette) Party won't exist on the Throw Party screen. You can certainly throw a regular house party or a Venue Party at the bar of your choice to celebrate your sim's engagement, though.

Didn't pay attention to what board it was posted on. And "cathyknits" is right! Throw an awesomeparty and invite everyone (male and female). My sim did that, because the bachelorette parties get stale. But, with male and females, it's a lot of fun.
