Where do you get the spellbook?

I was wondering, where you get the spell book? I've checked the library and can't seem to find it. Help!

There isn't a spellbook in supernatural as far as I know. There is definitely one in the sims 3 store as premium content. Try the new elixir consignment store, I think there might be recipes for spells there.

There are no spell recipes.  Only alchemy recipes.  Spells are learned through the use of magic as stated on the guide for witches.
