Unvampired Npc?

Hi there. I developed a relationship with Emilie Van gloud, for the reason I want to become a vampire, that comes from vampire family, but she isn't.  I mean she has no purple ring around her name in relationship panel.  Same goes for the son, but the father has this purple mark, and he actually looks like vampire(very white and stuff), anyone know why? Maybe they unvampired?

It seems now, both parents do not have to be a vampire for an offspring to become a vampire.  It only takes one parent.  I have quite a few offspring that were born a vampire and only one parent is a vampire and sometimes, I may not get a vampire offspring at all. :)

It might be because Emelie and her brother are teens and teens aren't considered "official" vampires, aside from being pale and shiny.

It's also been a freakin' long time since I've had vampire kids in my game, so I might be wrong.

Even as infants though, they still have the red ring around their pic in the relationship panel, even if they don't have any skill or power. :)

No, they are young adults. I want Emilie or something to bite me so that I will become a vampire, but even with good friends, I got no bite option, but with her father ( I above stranger can't remember the name), I can ask for a turn on. Also Emilie and her brother have no purple at all. Maybe its got something to do with story progression?

Would you please change the subject of this topic to something more specific?  It's hard to tell what this thread is about from the subject you used.  To change it, click "Modify" on the first post, make the changes, preview to make sure it looks right, then click Save.

I'm not very sure, but in my games she is a vampire.

Did you approach Emilie right at the start? Actually, I've never come across a NPC who is a vampire or any other supernatural being that becomes a human through story progression, but I suppose I get my Sims too cooped up at home.  :)

Well yes, I became friends with her while she was a teen. Oh well, never mind,  I'll just turn her into a vampire or something. thanks for the help.
