Fish Bowl Question

If you put a Normal Fish in the fish bowl, will it eventually grow into a Perfect fish?

No, it will always be a normal fish. If you forget to feed it though, it will be a dead fish!  However, if you stock a pond with 10 normal fish, you may eventually fish out better quality fish.

If you have 10 or more of a particular kind of fish in your inventory, you can take them out and stock the pond.  Then you'll be able to catch that kind of fish there.
