I've run into an annoying (but not game-breaking) issue.  Currently I'm working with four YA housemates who swap ages every now and then.  I know there can sometimes be age glitches if a Sim gets a tattoo or if the player goes to Create/Edit-A-Sim but I've done nothing out of the ordinary with these Sims.  The glitch happens when I save, quit and come back.  When I save and quit, they are in ABCD order.  When I come back, they are no longer ABCD and there's no consistency as to what order they turn up in.  My only clue that they've swapped is that their left-screen portraits have switched places to reflect their new ages.

No one is significantly older or younger, just a few days.  It requires that I am super-diligent, however.  Every time I fire up this file I have to be sure I'm issuing instructions to the correct Sim.  Otherwise, my gardener will end up fishing and my painter will attempt to fix the broken TV (ahhhh disaster in the making!).

Has anyone else encountered this and, if so, do you know a workaround?

I've run into this same problem before a few times. One game it happened on they went back to the right order after I exited buy mode.
Another game I was playing I log on and instead of being listed oldest to youngest they where listed youngest to oldest.
But I never did come up with a way to fix. Just had to be more observant about who I was clicking on.

Hehe it just happened again and this time, it happened while I was playing.  I fired up that file, they were in BACD order and a little later, they were in CABD.  Now that you mention it, Grimsoul, it *may* have happened when I went into Buy mode or perhaps after coming out of Map mode.  I'll watch for that next time.

Maybe they're just messing with my mind.  "Hmmm let's see if she's paying attention -- don't want her to go on automatic pilot with us!"

LOL, Maybe that's what it is. :)
I now it had me wondering what was happening the first time. Had the camera at the theater and click on what I thought was my wife and told her to go there. I waited for her to show up and to my surprise it was my daughter that showed up. That's when I notice it.

I've noticed that in my game too - only I didn't notice the age change. I have noticed that they don't always start on the right number of days though. I don't know what that is about.

My sims are changing ages every time I log on, too!  I have twins who should be the same day and then were a day apart and now, when I booted up the game, they are 12 days apart!  And the husband who used to be younger than the wife is now about 15 days older and the wife got younger..this is so confusing!  Anybody have any idea what I am doing or if it is a glitch?
