Cant make Ice sims.

I need to make ice Sims for the next interlude, my sims got to the point where her ice sculpturres will not melt and can create ice sims. When she tries to scuplt the sim though no ice appears for her to sculpt with and she just stands there, who shes sculpting freezes and has to be reset-sim'd. So I cant actually make an ice sim. Any one able to fix this?

Have you tried selling the sculpting station and buying a new one?

I tried that, it failed. But I've fixed it now turns out all I had to do was reboot the computer. But thanks for trying to help.
