There is on pomegranate tree in France.  Useful if you get the pomegranate quest there.  It is in a garden.  Look for a large "posh" house between the graveyard and the little lake in the corner (if I remember correctly).  It is well away from the town and from any other houses.

If you have the new marketplace from the store, you can buy pomegranates from the fruit stand.
