Special Note : When I saved my copy to the library in order to fully test it with my sim, the following happened. For some unknown reason the game insisted on moving the garbage bin from   
                                  where I had placed it . The game placed it in the center of the pathway by the edge on the road. I did fix it before uploading the file but it might still happen in the download .

No CCs or Mods were used .

Just out of interest, where have you placed the garbage can?

The garbage bin is by the front door just across from the mail box. I believe it can be seen in the first photo.

Yes , behind the post by the turret . It's quite odd sometimes what the game decides to do on it's own . It could also be because I think I used " Move Objects " to place it there which is a cheat code.
