That would actually be pretty cool. I find myself wondering how many neighbors my sim could kill with that.....

This psycho moment brought to you by a very bored simmer.  ;D

I'm not 100% sure it'd work, since the item needs to technically be upgradeable/repairable, but it'd be worth a shot.

Approved by a borderline-psycho extremely bored simmer. :D

If you have a technophobe, get them to sabotage something. There’s a chance they’ll break it for another Sim to attempt a repair but I don’t think they’ll get electrocuted from sabonation. (I think I made that word up.)

If you have Supernatural or Showtime, you can buy an Inventor table or Spinning Machine. There is a chance that the Sim will get blown up while inventing or spinning.

I've yet to do that. One of my evil sims broke an expensive tv, then had a sprinkler spraying on it, then convinced someone with no skill to try and repair it. No luck with getting the sim electrocuted...so I just had to BBQ him.

The inventor's table came with Ambitions. :-|

Regarding that, it seems more prone to blowing up in a Sim's face and setting them on fire rather than electrocuting them. Both give the Sim the Singed moodlet so that works if you intend on killing them.

EDIT: Never mind, if you have on-fire Sims put themselves out with the shower, they won’t be singed. Common sense fails me. >.<

I've found trying to repair a broken TV while it's still on is a good way.

Wow, checking unread topics and I find myself in the twisted part of this forum.
You guys really are going to kill of sims?
Okay, well one tip I haven't seen here still involves having 20.000 LTP and the Unlucky trait to trigger the death more quickly.
What you do than is one second before the sims dies giving him a Midlife Crisis and remove the Lucky trait that way.
Legal and deadly. Have uh... fun, or anything. :/

Success!  lol

OK so I found a video on youtube that shows someone on the sims 3 electrocuting their sim and I saw one of the traits for that sim was technophobe so I put in a sprinkler in the house, then moved the tv in the middle of the giant puddle from the sprinkler.  Then, I had the sim sabotage the tv, basically he tinkers with the tv until it's broken.  Then, you turn on the tv and have him try to repair it.  He gets shocked a few times then you keep having him repair the tv until he dies.  His ghost was yellow and smoking.
