Sims 3 Political Memoir

How do I get this opportunity? My sim is Leader of the Free World but the only book related opportunity he get is It's Your Life in where you write a life story, not a memoir. I am confused. Political Memoir is exclusively for the politic career, Life Stories are changes for every level 10 career, or am I wrong?
