Photography and Twinbrook - About Town Issue

With regards to the About Town photo collection, I was having issues getting the Twinbrook diner to work. The camera over the diner didn't even get other targets, it came out as pictures of "nothing". I managed to sort it by replacing it with the Hogan Diner, but just curious to see if anyone else has similar issues?

This is a known bug with photography.  The game has issues accepting any diner other than the originally colored one from Sunset Valley.  Every now and then it will register one from another town but I can't remember which towns those are off the top of my head.
