When does this moodlet occur, every ''year'', does it happen on the same day of week as the Sims who got married?

Yup, it happens on the same day of the week.  I had a sim get married on the first day of the game, and then the next time summer rolled around, week 5, day 1, the couple got the anniversary moodlet.  If they live long enough and keep the same job, they'll also get a party on their two-year work anniversary, although that didn't have a moodlet, just a popup.

What are running your seasons on. the EA default is 7 days. I wanted more time for summer, and changed it to 14 days, 10 days for Autumn, Winter and Spring. Should I keep it at EA default? Never saw that moodlet.

I think you forgot the 'Allergy' one. I think it is - 10 for 2 days. I've also only noticed 'Smalltalked' since seasons came. It's - 10 for 3 hours.

Edit: It's + 10 for 3 hours not - 10 for Smalltalked.

I wish I had known that about the anniversary. My seasons are set to two weeks each in my dynasty file. Maybe I should start over and change it :/

I've had the smalltalk one too, but it was a positive even though the icon showed a none-too-impressed smilie face. The description was rather amusing.

You may want to add that the 'pleasantly chilly' moodlet lasts for 3 hours.
