A question about NRAAS story progression

I'm sorry, I am sure the answer is in the FAQ or somewhere but I just can't seem to find it.  If I am using NRAAS story progression, do I disable the EA story progression or will NRAAS simply over write it?  Again I apologize, I am sure the answer is there somewhere but I just can't seem to find it and I am getting very frustrated.

I think it asks if you want use NRaas and disable EA as you start your game for the first time after downloading.

thanks....I missed the little window in upper right that told me story progression was on and ea progression was off
