Sim can't use Zombie Elixir on herself

She could before, I even tried to have another Sim in the household throw it at her, but that doesn't work either.
Edit: The Sim I tried to use to throw the elixir at her can use it on herself, so the glitch is only one the Sim that made the elixir.

You said she could before... Has it worn off yet? I know from eating herbs that only one effect can be had at a time. If the previous elixir is still having an effect on the sim, maybe wait until it wears off and try again. Best of luck! ;)
