Exporting sims with photo collections

When an uploaded sim with a completed photo collection or more will be uploaded to this forum and downloaded by someone to be used in his/her game, will that sim still have it's photo collection or more complete?
Or will this only work if the uploaded sim has all the taken photo's in his or her inventory?
