Opportunity: Solving Riddles in China

I have a problem, and I've googled it and can't find a solution.  I cannot complete this opportunity.  No one that I talk to has any icon anywhere for me to click on to complete this.  I can see orange pie wedge symbols next to a few pics, but when talking to the person no relevent option appears anywhere.  The opportunity itself still says "Go to China."  I'm in China, I don't know what else to do.  My vacation only has one day left, and I really don't want to miss out on finishing this.

Welcome to the forum Jason!   I removed the curse word from your post as it's against the rules.  As for your opportunity, I've had an issue like this before.  When you click on your opportunities tab, the opportunity is still there right?    Do you have a save from prior to the trip that you could go back to? 

Right now I'm having issues where one of two things will happen: it won't register I'm in the country (like you) or it will disappear as soon as I am in the country.    I always save right before I choose to travel so I always go back to that save and then it will usually fix itself.   

Have you restarted your computer, deleted your caches and loaded it back up to see if it still hasn't registered your arrival?  How old is the opportunity?  Have you been holding onto it for a while or did you just get it ?  Is it from a town where combined rabbit holes are being used?

Sorry about the rule break.  I assumed anything said on the Simpsons was fair game. 

Sadly, I don't have any save before I left within 3 hours.  I'll try deleting the caches and restart.  Yes, to the rabbit holes, it's the Late Night city.  The opportunity is about a week old.  It's a new game, and the opportunity appeared the 2nd day I think.  I'm glad to hear that someone else has had the glitch, it lets me know what the problem is.  I've never had a travel opportunity before, so I wasn't completely sure that it would update once I was in the location or not.  At least now I know that I'm not missing something stupidly easy.

It should update.  Since you don't have a save from before the travel really, you can just go home and see if it's still there.  Maybe try to travel again in a few days.   

The problem right now with combined rabbitholes is that people are having issues completing or even getting opportunities.  So that's why I brought it up.  It could have something specific to do with that problem and not a travel bug at all.

Well, it still says "Go to China" so I'm going to try heading back, cheating myself some money, deleting the travel moodlet (Almost called it a debuff. lol) and coming back.  If that doesn't work, I'm just going to move out, and load my family into a different town.  The elevator bug was getting on my nerves anyway.

Oh and I knew what a debuff was!  I still say buffs and debuffs when I mean moodlets.  Again welcome to the forum!
